Best Practice Question - "Lowest possible privileges"

One of the MS Checklist Best Practices states to "Run SQL Server services
with the lowest possible privileges." Is there any definitive guide or
statement as to what these lowest possible privileges are or should be? Doe

topic, but it was greyed out. I can't find it on the MS web site either.
